A passionate Kids Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of experience working with children. Based in Brisbane, originally from Hong Kong, I hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Education and have a strong background in Early Childhood Education.


I specialise in kids yoga classes designed to support each child’s unique needs, including children with disabilities. My training includes certifications in Kids Yoga from Rainbow Yoga, equipping me to deliver engaging, play-based sessions that build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.


Combining my teaching expertise with the transformative benefits of yoga, I am committed to helping children feel calm, connected, and empowered both on and off the mat.

I believe yoga for children should be a playful, theme-based journey that sparks curiosity and joy. By incorporating themes like festivals, seasons, or their personal interests, I make yoga relatable and engaging. Small creative touches, like storytelling, songs, or interactive games, allow children to connect with the practice while developing focus, confidence, and emotional balance. Through this approach, I aim to create a fun and meaningful yoga experience where children feel inspired to explore, learn, and grow.

Playful Path to 

Calm

We bring our passion for Kids Yoga to Early Childhood Centres across QLD, offering programs aligned with the Early Learning Years Framework and QKLG. Our play-based sessions combine yoga poses, breathing, mindfulness, games, music, and movement to support coordination, self-control, and resilience. Weekly classes, term packages, and events available.
